See, they tried to use FBI’s general statistics for false reports for any crime (2-8%), choose the lowest value they could (2%), and then screwed it up by making it 0.2% on the chart. Keep in mind that this number would most likely be a lot higher than 8% since it’s so easy to falsely accuse someone of rape compared to other crimes which require actual evidence.
