Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus is a better paring than lyra and bon bon, lyra and bon bon as a couple is a underwhelming and underdeveloped ship that’s just there to be cute and you barely know about them and them as a couple and there’s no story. Michiru and Haruka as a couple has a story and is flash out, Haruka and Michiru are willing to protect each other and love each other and see more of their romance and what they want to do for each other each time we see them on screen.
 
When we see lyra and bon bon as a couple on screen, it’s just to be cute, there’s no story, the only story we got from lyra and bon bon was from slice of life, it was not much and what we got was two lesbians saying this “ we are best friends “ and then have them look lovey dovey for each other and look like they about to kiss each other and in sailor moon we get not of that bs, we have two people that love each and want to protect each other and none of that “we are best friends” to hide the fact they lesbians and NO Haruka and Michiru are not cousins, Haruka and Michiru being cousins was from a bad translation and a bad dub, if you watch sailor moon on viz’s and man’s blu rays and dvds of sailor moon and on hulu and tubi, you will not them being cousins or being called cousins, you will find them being called partners.
