Awesome, racists should be suppressed at every opportunity. But if its any consolation I hear the anime fandom is open for racial bigotry, maybe ring them up?

Nobody denied that racism isn’t a uniquely American thing. But implying that the slave trade in America wasn’t racist at all because “well other people did it too!” is a flat-out lie. It ignores all factual evidence and history with regards to chattel slavery in European colonies. At this point if you continue to that line of thinking you’re being willfully racist, period.
 
On to your second point, literally all private services have of service and believe it or not yes you can be dropped from your contract for violating them. Every website has rules and a code of conduct about what you’re allowed to post. A website having the bare minimum guidelines for what is allowed on it doesn’t suddenly make it a publisher.
 
As a matter of fact Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act explicitly lays out a provision that protects sites from being liable even IF they decide to screen certain content. Here, I’ll link the exact words since its obvious you haven’t actually read the law.

No matter how much you bitch and moan, a private website enforcing its own rules regarding what content can and cannot be ed does not constitute censorship. It doesn’t even come CLOSE to the constitutional definition.
