I think based on how you reach Omeglimmer, you would get a slightly different appearance, and vastly different intro dialogue, which would also mesh with how Starlight acts at various points of the season, and how she views Twilight. (But the intro always remains spoopy and ominous as you’re going through destroyed parts of the Canterlot castle to reach her. Depending on which Glimmer you’re getting, everyone but the princesses has either evac’d or been killed. Equalestrian Starlight lets everyone go due to wishing their future . The other Starlights…not so much.)
Beginning of Season, Mostly Good Twilight: Interrupt Starlight as she’s becoming the Avatar of Order
Twilight’s reason for stopping her being a clash over Ideals of Justice and meaning of equality.
They both take this as an inevitable battle of Will and Opposite Utopias.
(Killing Starlight in this ending causes her to be revered as much as Celestia posthumously)
Very Ogre Battle/Knight of Lodis type ending.
Middle of Season personality, have Lesson Zero’d a few times: Plotting petty vengeance Omeglimmer
Starlight becomes a monster due to singularly focused revenge, Twilight has to prevent the destruction of the rest of Canterlot by drawing the fight away before getting serious.
End of Season personality, have ousted Rainbow as Top Cunt: Devourer of Time Omeglimmer
So consumed are both by hatred, Twilight must stop Starlight, who wishes to wipe out time itself.
(Sparing this Starlight makes her flee into an alternate timeline to purposefully destroy it from within in sheer confusion from your actions, unable to understand the standard Equestrian concept of friendship)
also, slightly different from Undertale, instead of killing things (aside from general Everfree inhabitants) it’s neglecting things, or rather neglecting the qualities of friendship your friends all stand for. And instead of Genocide we have an Alienation ending, in which Twilight has been so mean and snippy even her teacher wants nothing to do with her. So instead of killifying everything, you’re acting like MMDW Dash + PYHD Fluttershy together! Essentially, she becomes Sunset Shimmer.
At the end, fights her friends, who decided to confront her all at once and ask why she’s acting the way she is, before rejecting her title and leaving Equestria, which allows Starlight to take fully uncontested control over the nation. Personality falls between Good and Neutral end starlight, minus the revenge.
True Friendship ending: Averts normal final battle, Starlight is so moved by Twilight’s unwavering commitment to friendship through the ‘season’ she stalks her, that she returns the princess’ cutie marks, confesses everything, tells them about Sunburst, and turns herself in, which leads into the show’s ending as her ‘sentence’ is to hone and refine her own understanding of friendship. The final battle in this case is a friendly sparring match, that mirrors the credits dodging sequence.
…Also, why don’t we see how that Darko-esque hoersmask up there… LOOKS IN THE DARK!

He’s scared as hell and is desperately running to warn his father because the sheer fear is making him feel again. Also take note of his face before you kill him, the voice sound even turns to Asriel’s just before you slash him to bits.
@Background Pony #ABD2 Because at that time, he ed that he was, he ed fear, he started to FEEL again and he then knew Chara needed to be stopped, otherwise there would be no peace, Chara would simply continue killing, monsters, humans, everything and everyone.
