The comment was made in reference to the other version of this image, which has Celestia wearing a diaper as the only difference and was at the time labeled “suggestive.” Since then the other image was changed to “questionable” as well though frankly I don’t see what’s fetishy about either of these images. They just look cute to me. Seems to me that some people just get really uppity about seeing a diaper, which is incredibly easy to filter out. People can have fetishes for anything, there is nothing more inherently fetishy about this image than an image of a pony wearing socks and plenty of those images are labeled “safe.”
But it’s… not always a sexual thing? Especially in this image, there is NOTHING sexual going on in this image at all.
