To have pride in a country that just elected a convicted felon, avowed racist, and civilly liable rapist, is of questionable wisdom at best.
One can spread thin platitudes of finding comfort in family all they want, but it does not change the fact that the incoming government is quite happy to tear any non-traditional family apart and make their union illegal.
