Its probably what we’re going to get this season.
 
We had Flutter/twilight last season for a map episode, so we’re probably going to have Flutter/applejack for the map episode this season, which leaves Twilight and dash to pair off.

That’s possible certainly, but I always took that scene to mean the Tree of Harmony itself took the scroll so the spell couldn’t be used again.

Yes. Very whoa. Could be a future Twilight, or one from another timeline (possibly a bad one) who got her hooves on the time travel scroll. Last we saw it got sucked up into the portal. Who knows to where the time winds took it?
