While unfinished, I do recommend listening to the Nimbus Productions (youtube) audio book of it while gaming or doing some other activity. That’s what I do with fics and other such stuff.

Nyx is a famous/infamous filly OC from a 2011 fic in which she is the ‘reincarnation’ of Nightmare Moon after a butchered spell to bring back Nightmare Moon from the fragments created when the Elements stripped her away from Luna.
As such she pocesses similar features to Nightmare Moon, such as dagger shaped eyes, relative color scheme and of course wings and a horn.

Although the original fic is from 2011, it was reworked at the end of S2 to include S2 lore as to why you will hear references to characters such as Discord, Shining Armor and Cadance.
