The report says E23 will air Wednesday the 5th, and the rest will air consecutively until E26 on Saturday the 8th. I’d set my clock, but I’m not certain when they air nor what the Pacific timezone equivalent is. X3
And heres me sat in the uk Waiting for someone to leak the new version so I can watch it. If Hasbro actually want to stop people pirating everything they need to get their heads round the idea of releasing things everywhere at the same time and not making random countries wait 2 weeks for no real reason.
I watched the leaked version and damn that commercial bot was annoying. But I guess it worked: I never want to see Peppa Pig again. That was it’s purpose, wasn’t it?
@Flying Pancake
The Portuguese text says “This is a Hippogryph; he is a crime against nature!”
Here, Silver Quill is referring to his own OC of the same name, who is a hippogryph (crossbreed between a pony and a gryphon, hence explaining the second part).
I would have figured the Pinkie Pie wouldn’t surprise Sunset as much anymore but I guess I should be more surprised that Sunset wasn’t driven insane by viewing things mortal men* can not comprehend.
@MLP-Silver-Quill
It’s a bit of both, really. I swear I’ve actually seen that specific combination of colour and font used in something before, I just can’t what.
The fire colouring I realise is meant to be reminiscent of Sunset, but it’s the same kind of cheap fire=drama/danger/war theme every foreboding movie opening wants to have. That and the formal font going together make it seem as if it’s written in some ancient tome, or it’s being read by some wise king. It might just be my opinion, but it’s what I see and hear.
Sunset’s text looks like something out of the opening text crawl from a 70’s-era fantasy movie. It makes this comic feel so much more foreboding than it should be.
UK is going to have my dreams and nightmares come true. So much pony in one week. But that also means that this season will end sooner. Not good. I just have to hope the rumors about a season 7 are true.
Yeah, I guess. :j

…I’m not sorry.
Also, that ending XD
@Dark Tail
I heard they’re skipping episode 24 from the source
@JP
I’ll have to hear that stupid show whenever my cousin’s child’s at my house…
Still loads better than me; any Portuguese I know can pretty much be described as “stuff that kind of looks like English.”
Pretty much the only Portuguese I know comes from reading Os Lusíadas.
Gotcha, thanks. I know just about nothing about Portuguese.
(I am familiar with hippogriffs and Silver Quill the character, though.)
Oh yeah, that looks a whole lot less dramatic now.
Nice work on this, btw. I really do enjoy these silly little before-the-fact comics of yours.
Hopefully the updated version I posted will look better.
@Flying Pancake
@Chicago Ted
Exactly right. :)

@Napsack
And now I’m reading her lines in the voice of the narrator from Conan the Barbarian. Heck of an audio/visual mismatch.
*Poetic usage, referring to people/humanity.

Edited because: clarification, forgetfulness
Is it the color or the font?
I need that mental preptime.
Also, Oi, Sol-y.
