I get that those behaviors you listed aren’t widely considered to be “acting like a little girl”, and I’m guessing you were pointing out that the other person’s logic didn’t seem to work because of it. I just thought it was funny to say that I’ve seen young girls acting that way.
It wasn’t a joke, I have seen that, but it was still meant to be funny.
