Spike is a child, Rarity is an adult. If Rarity showed any interest in Spike, she’d be a pedophile. How do so many people not see the problem? And don’t give me any bullcrap headcanons about Spike’s age, he’s written as a child, he looks like a child, he has the voice of a child, and he’s always referred to as a baby.

I agreed with most of the things you said, but I seriously doubt the writers gonna do something about the crush at the end of the show, they probably just gonna leave it out in the open.

I hope you’re not just saying this just because you’re a Sparity shipper and expecting me stop just because I feel that this so-called ship has been dragging out throughout past seasons.
I do want to make clear that I am not an Anti-Sparity shipper nor am I against Sparity as a whole, I do wish that the writers would finally do something about it should Spike finally realize that his feelings for Rarity were getting nowhere and that he should just give up and move on or finally have the courage to fully express his feelings to Rarity, whether Rarity accepts his feelings or not, I don’t know. I just want it to conclude regardless of the outcome, because this gag has been dragging its feet for so long and treats it as it’s still funny.
No duh, it’s harmless the ship itself was never meant to be taken seriously and possibly go further beyond that so I see no point of the series dragging it and constantly teasing those that actually ship this ship. Bottom line, either they should end it already or finally do something with it and conclude it.
Stop your whining, if the writers want to make Spike get over his crush on Rarity, they should have done it already in season two. And besides the crush isn’t featured in recent seasons as much as the earlier seasons, so there’s no reason to be triggered by it. It’s harmless.

I it there are ALOTA times Spike’s character is cheated! However, I am hopeful that it’s just to mislead us! If not… oh well, it’s their show, and their stupid decisions. Regardless of how stupid their decisions could be, there’s nothing we can do about it

Also I just realized and don’t like how you’ve exaggerated the whole “Rarity would be a pedophile” when we already know it’s a typical silly child crush in the form of Puppy Love. We’ve seen this trope before and it’s usually played for laughs in other series such as Mac’s crush on Frankie from Foster’s (in which I might add a show that Lauren had also worked on), Dipper’s crush on Wendy in Gravity Falls, Clyde’s crush on Lori in Loud House etc.
Like with Sparity, these kind of things weren’t meant to be taken seriously and often comes off as a running gag, this is just you overexaggerating.

Well I’m not going to argue with that, to this day I and in my personal opinion still see as a child even after Spike finally gained his wings.
I’m perfectly fine with Spike finally getting over Rarity and moving onto better things and you know actually grow as a character, I just want this Sparity sthick to conclude and just end already.

Having wings does not make him an adult. That has never been established in the show. Even if he hasn’t been called a baby in a while, he hasn’t grown since then.

Actually she’s just a few years older. Like 15 while Ferb is 12. Rarity is an adult with her own business while Spike is a child.
Rarity would be a pedophile if she returned Spike’s feelings. She does not. It’s that simple.

Since we see Torch in Flash Magnus’s story, which took place over a thousand years ago, I think it’s safe to assume it’s the exact opposite.

Perhaps they age quickly when they’re young, but slower once they reach an older age, maybe around teen?

We do know that he’s a good bit younger than Twilight though, since she’s literally the one who hatched him.
