@Background Pony #AE69
As a general rule of thumb, misogynists, like all bigots, are more rabid than haters of a cartoon character, however irrational the latter may or may not be about it. The comparison kind of exaggerates Flash Sentry drama.
I said the same in another thread,that if that scenario comes to reality,them I hope,I really hope no one blames McCarthy,but the animators.
Because it does happen,it could become a blatant contradiction of what she said about him not being in the season.
And that would make her look bad and wouldn’t be her fault simply because it could be a situation that can be out of her control.
We know Faust use to supervise the animators from time to time when she was in charge,but McCarthy doesn’t.She’s the story editor and a writer.She doesn’t really have to do it because it’s not her area,that’s more like James Wooton or any of the storyboarders (depending of how detail they put in the storyboards)responsibility.
He probably won’t be in Se4 STORY wise, however I cannot say the animators might not slip him into the background somewhere.
Example:
On one of the storyboards it says “Scene 12B: Royal Guards seen patrolling the hallways of the Castle.” Instead of using the default Royal Guard vectors for all of them the animators could easily switch one of them with Flash Sentry’s vector.
And I it that McCarthy has been sort of “dodge” when it comes for certain questions,but when it came to Flash,she pretty much flat out said he’s not going to appear.
Heck,she even said it in the premiere (or a few days after,I don’t ),saying it “before anyones asks about it”.
How much clear it need to be?
Now,if he ends up appearing…well,that would be a huge contradiction,then.
inb4 someone of the animation crew puts him somewhere a la background pony despite him not even being mentioned in the scripts and/or storyboards and everyone blames McCarthy for that.
@ClownDicks
And that is the argument used by people that don’t get that they can’t give out spoilers.
We have already seen Flash, we know who he is, it wouldn’t really be a spoiler to know if we would see him again.
The Twicorn bit would of been a major spoiler so they couldn’t say it was going to happen.
@ClownDicks
How is people not knowing and saying it’s not for sure he is going to show up “refusing to consider the possibility”?
Seems more like just someone trying to start shit and that is the only one who may be in denial.

How about people who comment on a 2 y/o pic to whiteknight for Flash Sentry?

People are saying “They said he’s not gonna be in S4”, without considering the possibility we’re being bullshitted again.

Peeps refusing to consider the possibility he’s going to be in Season 4 anyway.
LOL people reacting as if him being in season 4 would automatically be such an earth-shatteringly terrible thing.
