I had small hope that maybe Extra Credits got better, at least with change of leading man and style but no. This stuff is both fail at knowing history and knowing how games work.

Why people saying that EC went bad after Dan left. When it was shitty when he was still with them just like that squeaky voice he used. They already attacked medium (not to mention that part when they attacked TB outside show). This nazi video only confirm they did not change.

Yeah, EC has always been a joke in the game analysis sphere. Over time they fall lower and lower as better analysts come along, but thanks to their politics they’ve stayed somewhat relevant. Now that they’ve done something really woke I hope this is enough to sink them.

Looking at their last vid, only 300,000 in a day with 2 million subs. It seems like most of their vids barely make a mil and they’re pushed to the top.

Eh, my issue with the EC video is their seeming lack of belief that people have a choice and free will.
 
You dont have a random chance to just magically be on a “nazi” team in any random game even if they dont have nazis in them (although their example was from Battlefield 1 set in WW1…). You chose to play a (multiplayer pvp specifically it seems) game where there is either/or, 50/50 chance to play as a non nazi or a nazi.
 
Their whole argument is based on it being forced upon you.

The “We” shit they do in their videos makes it very apparent. There is no “we”. Video games and gamers isn’t a hivemind.
