The japanese dont want to replace themselves with other people on a massive scale though, and thats totally within their right. Even most ardent “mass immigration is the only solution to our problems!” people i talked to by the end it that such a thing changes the culture to at least “some” extent. And japan has quiet a “isolationist” culture as is.
 
Heck despite their aging, based on polling data (so not like really reliable but all we got) the majority dont even increasing the number of temporary workers and dislike the government for doing it despite that recently.

Carl used to be a good character, until they turned her into a tyrant.
 
They just seem to want to damage the established characters to the point the “Nu” heroes look better by default.
 
A lot of times, other female heroes in Carl’s stories are just there to cheerlead “She’s so great! She’s so strong!” It almost feels like her powers are directly tied to her ego and needs to be emotionally validated all the time to be strong. Then again, that’s a running theme in those books that every female hero is great, but needs constant praise. It’s kind of insulting to women that they believe this is the type of comics they want to see.
 
Same with people forcing tokenized and race-swapping characters to be a hand-me-down to help “the minorities”  
Apparently; no black character existed until Miles Morales.

Lets get this straight. I don’t care about politics much anymore. At least not hard politics.  
I don’t want censorship, I don’t want gun, substance, and weapon control, I don’t want to pay extra for certain commodities the government tells us is “bad for you”, and I certainly don’t want any authority figures telling us how we must live our lives LECTURING us all over the place on what they feel is good for us or not. Whether it be politicians, corporates, or any pseudo-governmental organizations etc.
