For Pete sake! I was joking that Derpibooru would be having screen caps up to date with the commercial beaks, but nope… Screencaps… Screencaps everwhere.

I actually looked into this, (yes the dirty looking thing) it is most likely her leg. Twilight has more shading on the back parts than normal; they maybe interchanged the leg with a darker version, something wasn’t fully removed, and somehow the normal coloured leg was still showed up in the render unintentionally. As any animation error being unintentional there wouldn’t be any properties on it, making it smaller than the rest of her body, and consequently appearing as something else. Why is it there? unnoticed, or the quality check guy saw it and was laughing too hard followed by him ing it as a joke :p
 
I needed better quality (such as the actual episode, as well as proofing) to get such a theory, and as of such, it is just a theory. However, it is an animation error, or I could only hope so. Naturally the part of the leg that showed up would be the back flank/high leg, without the bottom part being another bone in the model.
