Cloud Cuddler is a light cyan Pegasus, who was born in Cloudsdale Equestria and lives alone in her cloud home. She is a somewhat shy mare in her daily life and has a raspy but kind voice. When she is in a surrounding that she deems comfortable, she usually talks and acts like the ponies she is spending time with. Her speaking volume and speed largely mimics the ponies she’s talking to.
 
Cloud is also a very social mare who loves to make new friends and talk to them about all kinds of subjects. Her main interest lays in her occupation; which is IT and technology. But she also likes to talk about other techy and geeky stuff, however, her voluntary work in Cloudsdale and her friends and family are also common conversation starters.
 
She is known as a reliable, helpful and kind pony who isn’t afraid of challenges and learning new things. Her surname relates to one of her favorite friend activity; spending time with, helping and hugging with her friends and ponies she loves most.
