The red percent line is the percent of images added that month with respect to MLP’s total. It has nothing to do with the other porn producers.
Also regarding the curves and how they are trending, if MLP always produced 1000 images per month, the blue “number of images added” line would be a constant horizontal line and the red “percent of total” line would decrease like so
(inversely proportional, i.e f(x) = 1/x)
The total number of images would also increase linearly.
On the other hand If the percent of total images that MLP produced per month stayed at, say 6%, then the monthly number of images added would increase exponentially like so
The total number of images would also be increasing at an exponential rate.
In other words, if the percent of images added per month stays at a constant level or even increases, it means that our fandom is growing because we’re keeping up with the inflation of the pool of images we’re adding to.
