From what I understand Florb has malnourishment and undereating problems (from just forgetting to eat due to hobbies, not a complex). It makes sense that she has a more typically in shape pony body. Anon-mare is what Florb would look like if she ate her three meals a day and they all came from the gamer’s primary food group: Junk.
