Well, that was pretty low for the Princess of Friendship, I do give you that. It’s not like they didn’t face worse before. I mean, they befriended dragons and changelings and they even made some friends just moments before that point.
That’s the kind of underhanded thing Trixie would’ve done. And she’d succeed too, planting a fake one in it’s place. No one would ever know. :P It would’ve make for a funny follow-up scene with them coming back home with two pearls.
