There’s hyperthermophiles like Methanopyrus kandleri that can survive extreme conditions around black smokers at the bottom of the oceans. They can still grow at temperatures of 120 °C. Kirins could have their own set of bacteria but they generally wouldn’t transfer between species due to extreme differences in environments.
I would certainly be terrified going downhill on skates on a road surface like that. While Zipp being a quadruped and having wings would give her a lot more stability, the risk of one of the skates getting into one of the cracks and suddenly stopping is still a big risk.
