A few people have mentioned that! It’s probably because they’re both tall, have similar colors, and both have the same eyeshadow.
I actually made the model by mixing together Luna, the gala version of Rainbow Dash, and another OC the player made. So it’s a pretty funny coincidence that way later when the movie would come out, she would have a lot of similar features to Tempest. XD
