Why the arm/foreleg doesn’t help her to escape, is because it’s just a mechanical replacement of the limb she lost. It have no advanced features or gadgets built into it. She could try to take it off, but that require her to hit the hidden release button, which is difficult to reach when tied up.
On a side note, she’s also into bondage. So some of the images isn’t against her will.
