I do not think that word means what you think it means.  
If you mean he’s an idiot who wants to draw attention to himself, then he’s an attention whore. Honestly the worst I’ve seen on deviantArt in every respect, and I’ve seen some pretty sh*yay!*y deviantArt galleries.
