well the whole imprisonment thing looks like his fetish he’s commissioned quite a lot well over 10 (i quit counting after that) but I agree its the same concept as all the other rd loses her wings/ twilight loses her horn. not only is it a overused trope but people often use it badly and in these pictures with little to no story behind them makes it even worse. why is a element of harmony in jail? why would they allow a kid who has no relation to a prisoner that close to her? why are her wings always bound? and for this picture my biggest issue is what is the unicorn using his magic on? I guess I’m just over analyzing a fetish picture though…

true but the songs were put in last as the creator had some issues with music. If he replaced dinky with babs he would have had to rename the character again redo several parts of the story to mention babs instead of dinky and he would have had to redo the character pallet to match babs coat/hair.

Also they were hit for copyright not trademark so them defending to protect their property is out as copyrights dont need to be protected like trademarks
