I just wished you good health, after all, I want everyone to be well, heh.
As for the principles, I don’t quite understand, or perhaps you misunderstood me… I don’t speak English, I’m writing through a translator, so maybe that’s why my words in some places sounded different from what I was actually trying to say. If you’re talking about psychiatrists, roughly speaking, there are some problems with them in my country; not all of them are safe for patients. Although this can be easily prevented by simply asking a friend who already goes to a trusted doctor to avoid unnecessary problems.

Oh, I’m so sorry about what happened to your cousin, I hope you and he are doing well now😔
I do understand that only a specialist doctor can help me in my case, but I’m really scared to risk going to some “unscrupulous” doctor, and I need my parents’ approval because I don’t have the money to pay for the appointment. Well, for now, I’m living with what I have.

I don’t know…?
For some reason, absolutely everything evokes hatred, disgust, envy, and panic in me. I’ve started to hate my arts; I find it incredibly bad. I can’t bring myself to do anything at all. The thought of having to do anything, or of having to draw something, makes me incredibly sick, and all I can think is, “It’s easier to die than to do this.”
I don’t drink alcohol, I don’t smoke, I don’t use nicotine or any other substances, I’ve never seen a psychiatrist or psychologist, I’ve never taken pills, my family is relatively happy, my studies are good too, I get from my friends, but I still feel bad. I have no energy for anything, although I really want to at least start studying for important exams, but I just can’t bring myself to do it.
Maybe it’s just extreme laziness, I don’t know, but I really want to get better somehow, because I love working and studying.
I apologize for the meaningless text; I don’t like talking about myself, but I can’t keep these thoughts inside forever either.
