guise: when GamerGate does it, it’s proof that they’re “misogynist harassers using the question of journalistic ethics as a cover to harass women in gaming”; but when the critics do it, it’s ok because they’re on “the right side of history”!

Me again, I know I said I’d take a break, but I thought I’d better share this.  
 
those sites, we gotta reward good ethics, and maybe some of the shittier sites might change their policies if these sites get popular enough. NOW I’m taking a break.
 
I especially reccomend checking out Operation Rainfall, they’re resposible for getting Xenoblade Chronicles, Pandoras Tower, and The Last Story localised.

So in the midst of an epidemic of false rape accusations in universities across the country, they decided that girls obviously couldn’t frame guys easily enough.
 
We’ve all heard jokes that rape on campus has come to mean “but I didn’t really mean it” but they actually went and fucking did it.

Or inference like the girl who waited 3 days to report, and after there was no evidence beyond her word she carried about the mattress announcing she had been raped.

I know right? Like, why do modern progressive movements try to subtract from those they consider privileged rather than add to those they considered discriminated against? Put a bunch of halfnaked man-toys in your media, don’t take the halfnaked women out of mine…
 
Although honestly, purely as a matter of good storytelling, I kinda hate certain cliched sexualization tropes of women. I get tired of seeing women that are supposed to be badass superheroes and what have you with like DD cups and skin tight latex or leather suits, with full makeup on. Make ’em a little butch sometimes for fucks sake.
